Once you've paid, we send you a link to CoachCast and the BoXerIQ club password, so you can set up your account and join.

Upload your clips in CoachCast.
Up to 3 minutes per clip, and up to 5 clips in one upload.

Get your feedback in CoachCast within 2 working days.
Film your next drill and upload it the same way.
What to film: on the bag, shadow boxing, footwork or sparring. Sparring shows the most, if you have a partner. Upload up to 5 clips at once in CoachCast, for example bag, shadow boxing and sparring together, for a fuller picture of your boxing.
Filming tips
- Prop your phone at chest height, 3–4 metres away, so your whole body is in frame.
- Film from the front. Add a side view if you can.
- If your footage doesn't work, we'll ask you to re-film it, at no cost.

How do I pay?
Message us on WhatsApp with the option you want. We'll send you payment details. Once you've paid, we send you a link to CoachCast and the BoXerIQ club password.
Where do I send my clips?
In the CoachCast app, after you've joined the BoXerIQ club. Not on WhatsApp.
Can I be coached in my own language?
Yes. CoachCast translates your feedback, so you can be coached in any language.
I train with BoXerIQ in Redfern but I'm moving home. Can I keep going?
Yes. Keep your coaching going online in CoachCast, wherever you are.
Do I need to train at a gym?
No. A bag, some space for shadow boxing, or a sparring partner is enough.
How long is a clip?
Up to 3 minutes. You can send up to 5 clips in one upload, and each clip is one clip from your pack.
How fast is the feedback?
Within 2 working days of your upload.
How long do packs last?
A single clip is valid for 1 month, a 5-clip pack for 3 months, and a 10-clip pack for 6 months, from the day you pay.
Who sees my video?
Only you and BoXerIQ. Your feedback is private.
How does the guarantee work?
If your feedback doesn't help, tell us in CoachCast and your next clip is free.
