The BoXerIQ method has three stages, and every session moves through them. It's why students improve quickly without picking up the bad habits that group classes bake in.

1. Learn

We break each skill into clear, bite-sized steps and coach it one-on-one, so it goes in correctly the first time. No guessing, no copying someone across the room.

2. Drill

You repeat the movement under guidance until it becomes fluid and automatic. This is where technique stops being something you think about and becomes something you do.

3. Spar

When the skill is solid, you pressure-test it in supervised, technique-tested sparring at a controlled level. This is the step most fitness-boxing gyms skip entirely — and it's the step that makes the skill real.

The curriculum

Across your training you'll develop footwork and head movement; range, rhythm and timing; setups, baits and feints; defence and hand control; power punching; and ring control, traps and escapes. Each is a skill that takes focused 1-on-1 coaching to develop correctly.

Questions

Good to Know

Why one-on-one instead of a class?

Real technique needs correction in the moment. In a group class no one fixes your individual habits. One-on-one coaching is how skills get built properly.

How long until I see progress?

Most students notice clear improvement within the first few sessions because every minute is focused on you.

Is sparring compulsory?

No. Sparring is introduced only when you're ready and want to, always supervised and at a controlled level.

What skills will I actually learn?

Footwork, head movement, range and timing, feints and setups, defence, power punching, and ring control — the full technical and tactical toolkit.
